The Olive Grove
At Grotta Giusti, we look after an olive grove that is as beautiful as it is precious. Its olives give us our organic extra virgin olive oil, used in the kitchen by our chefs and a magic element for beauty in our spa treatments.
The olive grove is also a place to discover the work and peasant wisdom, experience the rhythms of nature, taste the oil and learn about its properties. It is an essential link with our history, a gift from the earth to be admired with gratitude.
Extra virgin olive oil tasting experience
Here, guests can participate in oil tasting experiences on request.
Various selections of extra virgin olive oil are served, some flavoured with lemon or herbs, along with our homemade bread.
And to learn all the secrets of the oil making tradition, our guests can also request workshops to learn how to make olive oil.
