The Meditarium thermal circuit
A journey through wellness, peace and meditation by means of sensations and history. The Meditarium circuit takes its inspiration from the Roman custom of waters and baths and leads to a state of serenity and harmony. It begins with the Meditarium thermal pool, where the water that runs down your neck and shoulders prepares you for meditation and the sauna and Turkish bath to follow. The Roman bath, at a temperature of 40°C, allows you to perspire slowly, gently purifying the body. This is followed by a sauna circuit that takes you through a series of gradually hotter temperatures, and multisensory showers that restore physiological balance using varying temperatures and jets of water. The final step, the ice waterfall, reawakens your body and senses, re-energising you after the heat of the saunas.
