Intensive Diet Programme
A programme lasting a whole week dedicated to help you find your ideal weight again in the healthiest and most natural way. The diet is based on controlling specific calorie intake to achieve the desired weight loss. During the programme each guest’s diet is personalised so that you can return to your normal body weight and reach an optimum state of health, taking into account any health conditions, habits and preferences.
The personalised diet is accompanied by a morning course with your fitness trainer, entry to the fitness room, and the Thermarium and Meditarium Thermal Circuit with saunas, steam baths, thermal pools and ice waterfalls. The programme includes dedicated slimming and draining spa treatments, as well as a toning mud treatment and Radiofrequency treatment accompanied by massages techniques leaves skin toned, smooth and hydrated.
