In the large park, we lovingly grow and care for a small plot of precious plants. This is the herbal garden, with its aromatic and medicinal plants. Freshly picked, they provide aromas that make our chefs’ creations exceptional.

The herbal garden
All the herbs of the Mediterranean tradition are here: basil and parsley, mint and sage, bay and rosemary bushes fill the air with ancient and familiar fragrances. The dishes of our chefs, our cocktails, and our infusions start from these aromas.
The healing power of nature
In addition to the more common ones, our herbalist grows countless other plants in the vegetable garden and in the small greenhouse for their leaves, aromas, and essences. With these, he makes infusions and herbal teas, spices for the kitchen and aromas for cocktails and summer drinks created by our Executive Barman.
